Farewell to the Stringfellows

Today we said goodbye to Elder and Sister Stringfellow who are returning home after faithful service in the mission office.  Elder Stringfellow managed our car fleet, computers and many other things.  Sister Stringfellow helped with referrals, the mission newsletter and other duties.  They were also terrific missionaries and a good friend to all the missionaries.  We thank them and wish them well as they travel back home to Farmington, Utah!

Introduction Conferences

This week we held multi-zone conferences throughout the mission.  This provided an opportunity for the missionaries to meet President and Sister Pingree, and their children.  During the conferences we discussed the importance of being "full of love" in order to be effective missionaries (D&C 12:8).  We also talked about the "tens of thousands" the Lord has prepared to accept the gospel in this mission.  After the conference meetings, lunches were provided by local Relief Societies.  Below, please find pictures from each of these conferences.
