Each Friday missionaries have a district meeting. The district leader conducts and assigns members of his district to participate. They learn from the white handbook, go over goals, investigators, commitments, training on Preach My Gospel and Role play. President Peterson and I attend a different district each Friday. Sometimes we go out to lunch after!
The 4th Sunday of each month we have a fireside called Why I Believe. Converts are invited (usually 3) to share their conversion and we watch short videos, missionaries sing in a missionary choir and President & Sister Peterson share a short message. President Broadbent ( 1st ) counselor organizes the evening. It is a very inspired and spiritual evening.
