Zone Conference October 29-31, November 6, 2019

We enjoyed and learned so much from 4 days of zone conferences.  We discussed miracles missionaries have witnessed.  President Peterson taught about becoming a witness of Christ.  The assistants taught about using the Book of Mormon to help others receive their answers and how we could use the Book of Mormon videos.  They demonstrated with a role play.   This was followed by a break and President Peterson training on Policy vs  Doctrine.  He read examples from For the Strength of Youth booklets from the 60's-current.

Missionaries were called upon to share their testimony of Joseph Smiths first vision.  We had all been asked to read this account once a week for 4 weeks leading up to zone  conference.

We ate lunch and sang Called to Serve to the sisters who prepared lunch for us each day and happy birthday to missionaries who have a birthday in October and November.

After lunch Sister Peterson talked about Light the World One by One and we then had zone breakouts to discuss how we will involve the church members using a FHE lesson and the Christ Child video.  They also came up with great finding and service ideas for Light the World.  We are excited to share this wonderful message of the Saviors birth and what He means to us and the world.
