October Transfers

The temperatures have come down and it's beautiful here in Houston!  This week we held transfers and said farewell to eight missionaries - Hermanas Wilkinson and Brookey, Elders Burton, Schofield and Peterson, as well as senior missionaries, Elder and Sister Howe and Sister Sulski, who  have completed their service in the THM mission office.  We will miss these wonderful missionaries and wish them well in their future endeavors.  They will always be part of the Texas Houston Mission family.  On Wednesday afternoon, six new missionaries arrived from the MTC in Provo - Sisters Byron, Kelly, Rife and Rowe, along with Elders Chandler and Ririe.  We are thrilled to welcome them here and pray that they will find joy in their missionary service.  The past few days have been filled with activities, including meals, firesides, training, orientations, interviews, temple, mission transfers, airport trips, etc.  We thank all who have helped make these events possible.  Please enjoy pictures taken throughout the week.

We are posting this picture again so that you can see the amazing Howes
(on right).  Somehow we didn't get their picture taken during transfers.
As mentioned before, Elder and Sister Ohern (on left) have replaced
them in the mission office.

What would we do without Elder and Sister Bowcutt?
